Rowland D. LeMaster, CIC, CPIA, Owner
Rowland has more than 38 years of insurance experience. He graduated from Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina in 1973. Rowland purchased the Sam Parrett Insurance Agency in September of 1976. Since that date he has purchased four other agencies. He earned the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 1983. Rowland holds: Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses. Rowland is very active in the day to day operation and management of the agency as he continues to sell all lines of insurance. Rowland is licensed in many states.

Sharon Ruth, CISR
Sharon has been with Parrett Insurance since November 1985. Her primary responsibilities include producing new business and servicing existing clients in personal and commercial lines. She also manages the office and assists in accounting operations.

Joanie has over 30 years experience in both the Individual and Group Insurance Market.  Products include:  Health, Life, Short and Long Term Disability, Dental and Vision.

Tanya Mullen
Tanya joined Parrett Insurance in September 2019 as the Receptionist and obtained her Property & Casualty License in December 2019. Tanya works with Personal & Commercial Lines, and manages the agency accounting operations, advertising and licensing.

Tracy Little
Tracy joined Parrett in September 2023 as the Receptionist and obtained her Property Casualty License in December 2023. Tracy works with Personal & Commercial Lines, Crop Insurance. Tracy’s customers include public entities, and school systems as well as our Farm/Crop customers.

Ruth Hickok
Ruth joined Parrett in August 2025 as the Receptionist and obtained her Property Casualty License in November 2025. Ruth is the Receptionist and assists the other agents in the office. She can assist you with any billing or customer service questions that you may have.
